This Aries Back Tattoo (photo by Dave Wallace) is one of my absolute favorites.
Not only is the photography technically excellent (wish all photos on Zodiac-Tatoos.com would be this good), and the model superb, but the tattoo itself is brilliant!

It follows the lines of the body perfectly, and truly fits the model's overall style.
That the ram motif doesn't necessarily have to be interpreted Astrologically, but can be seen, for instance, as an image of 'The Beast' (or just a really evil goat ;P), just adds a level of ambiguity that makes the design even better.
Again, love the design, and love the photo.
